By accessing this website or signing up to the Mesa waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of service
Mesa is a platform for discovering and joining local activities and connecting with people who share your interests. The service is currently in a pre-launch phase and access is limited to waitlist members.
3. Waitlist
By joining the waitlist you provide your email address and consent to receive communications from Mesa regarding product updates and launch information. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the platform.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use Mesa for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm other users. When the platform launches, additional community guidelines will apply.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and design elements on this website are the property of Mesa and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Mesa does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
