Mesa ("we", "our", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and the Mesa application. You can reach us at hello@eisaimesa.gr.
2. What data we collect
When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We do not collect any other personal data at this stage. When the app launches, additional data (such as location, activity preferences, and profile information) may be collected, and we will update this policy accordingly.
3. Why we collect it
We use your email address solely to notify you when Mesa launches and to send you relevant updates about the product. We will never sell or share your email with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent, given when you submit your email address to join the waitlist. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Data retention
We retain your email address until Mesa launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first. After launch, we will ask for your renewed consent to continue receiving communications.
6. Your rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data. 7. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, general location). This requires analytics cookies. We ask for your consent before loading any tracking scripts — you can accept or decline via the banner at the bottom of the page. We also store your consent preference in your browser's localStorage under the key "mesa_cookie_consent". You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify waitlist members of any significant changes by email.
